    Cancellation Policy & Holiday

    • Cancellations for walks is 24 hours prior to start of service.
    • Cancellations for playdate or pet sitting is 72 hours prior to start of service.
    • Payments are non-refundable and are applied as future credits if cancelled in the timeframes above.


    Due to high demand during holidays the following dates with incur an additional charge. (updated yearly)

    June 17, 2025- June 21, 2025 (Juneteenth)

    July 3, 2025- July 8, 2025 (Fourth of July)

    August 28, 2025- September 2, 2025 (Labor Day)

    November 25, 2025- December 1, 2025 (Thanksgiving)

    December 22, 2025- January 2, 2026 (Christmas & New Year)
