    Cancellation Policy & Holiday

    • Cancellations for walks is 24 hours prior to start of service. 
    • Cancellations for pet sitting is 72 hours prior to start of service.
    • Payments are non-refundable applied as future credits (terms apply)
    • Cancellations by pet sitter may occur during inclement weather and may be rescheduled. 


    Due to high demand during holidays the following dates with incur an additional charge. (updated yearly)

    July 3, 2025- July 7, 2025 (Fourth of July)

    August 28, 2025- September 1, 2025 (Labor Day)

    November 25, 2025- November 29, 2025 (Thanksgiving)

    December 22, 2025- December 26, 2025 (Christmas)

    December 29, 2025- January 3, 2026 (New Year)
