Cancellation & Holiday Policy

  • Cancellations for walks is 24 hours prior to start of service. 
  • Cancellations for pet sitting is +72 hours prior to start of service.
  • Payments are non-refundable applied as future credits (terms apply)
  • Cancellations by pet sitter may occur during inclement weather and may be rescheduled.
